By accessing or using Cygne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Cygne is operated as an online tool that scores and rewrites CVs against job offers using artificial intelligence.

Cygne provides an AI-generated analysis of a resume against a job description you submit. Each analysis includes a fit score, identified strengths, suggested improvements, a rewritten professional summary, and a verdict. The Service is intended for personal, individual career use.

Authentication uses a passwordless magic link sent to your email address by our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure. You may sign out at any time from the account menu.

Cygne is a one-time payment service. The price for a single analysis is $4.99 USD, processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no stored card on our side.

Because each purchase grants immediate access to a digital AI-generated output, all sales are final and non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered. If you were charged but did not receive your analysis, or if a technical error prevented delivery, contact support within 14 days and we will either re-run the analysis or refund the payment.

We store the minimum data required to operate the Service:

• Authentication & account data (email, user id) is stored in our Supabase backend.
• Payment records (Stripe session id, payment intent, amount, status) are stored in Supabase to verify your access to a paid analysis. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
• Resume and job-offer text are sent to our AI provider to generate your analysis. They are not stored long-term on our servers and are kept in your browser only as long as needed to complete the flow.

You may request deletion of your account and associated payment records at any time by contacting support via email or chat.

The analysis, score, strengths, improvements, and rewritten summary are generated by a third-party large language model. They are provided "as is" for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biased statements.

Cygne does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to interview invitations, job offers, or hiring decisions. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any content you choose to use in real job applications.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
• Submit personal data of other individuals without their consent;
• Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent application materials;
• Attempt to bypass payment, authentication, rate limits, or any security mechanism;
• Scrape, resell, or programmatically access the Service outside its intended interface.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these rules, without refund.

The Service, its design, code, and brand are the property of Cygne. The analysis output produced for you is yours to use freely for personal job-search purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cygne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
